Artificial light can be planned specifically!
Daylight, on the other hand, is a constantly dynamically changing framework condition for planning. A defined amount of daylight at a certain time cannot be planned.
Only the positions of the sun are predefined in paths, so “daylight planning“ is about modelling a building in a natural and thus limitedly predictable light situation. In-depth knowledge is necessary for this. Sensible lighting design contextualises the daylight concept and the artificial lighting solution.
