DAYLIGHT MAKES YOU HEALTHY AS LONG AS THE DOSE IS RIGHT
Solar radiation has an effect – from barely noticeably beneficial to painful and destructive. The decisive factor is the dosage, not just on one day of the year, but throughout the changing seasons. It is important to give the body sufficient opportunity to adapt, as well as to shape the intensity and duration of the radiation according to the individual constitution.
The principle of the Swiss-Austrian physician Paracelsus also applies to solar radiation:
“All things are poison, and nothing is without poison. The dose alone makes a thing not a poison.“
